9999 pure gold in BU condition. Bears a face value of 100 Dram backed by the Armenian government. The coins in the Armenian Gold Noahs Ark range are all packaged individually by Geiger Edelmetalle using security capsules.

The capsule includes a plastic capsule at the center and a Certificate of Authenticity card around the capsule. The Armenian Noahs Ark Series is produced on behalf of the Republic of Armenia by Geiger Edelmetalle, a private German mint that produces bullion minted ingots as well as bullion coins such as these. The Armenian Noahs Ark Series debuted in 2011 with only silver bullion coin options available to investors. These new Gold Noahs Ark coins have extremely limited mintage figures for the first year of release.

On the obverse side of the 2020 1 Gram Armenian Gold Noahs Ark Coin is a depiction of the coat of arms for Armenia. Adopted in 1992, the Armenian coat of arms includes imagery from ancient Armenian kingdoms and its time as a Soviet Republic.
