The "Dove of Peace" Gold Israeli Bullion features a dove with an olive branch in its beak, in flight over the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem. The bullion is struck in 999.9% fine gold in both rounds and bars in varying weights. The bars are protected in special tamper-proof packaging.

A majestic Dove of Peace graces the center of the design. Beneath the dove is an outline of the walls of the Old City and famous buildings within the walls. "Dove of Peace" Bullion was first introduced by The Holy Land Mint in 2014. It was initially struck with a similar design in gold and silver bars in varying weights, together with silver rounds.

Since 2019, rounds have also been struck in gold 999.9. 28.5 x 49.7 mm.
